01Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and pak33 ("pak33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at pak33.asia. This Agreement governs all use of pak33's services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, account management, and payment processing.

By accessing pak33.asia, registering an account, or using any feature of the pak33 platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by it. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the pak33 platform and close your account.

pak33 reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users. Your continued use of pak33 following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02Eligibility & Registration Requirements

Use of pak33 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied before registration:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. pak33 does not permit access to persons under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person capable of entering into a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing pak33 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and legally prohibited.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from pak33 or any associated service.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number.

pak33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

03Account Rules & User Obligations

Each user may hold only one (1) registered account on the pak33 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or affiliated accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any balances held in accounts found to be in violation of this rule may be voided at pak33's discretion.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pak33 will never ask you for your password via any channel.
• You must notify pak33 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Your pak33 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balances held within it to any third party.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any person who accesses pak33 through your device or internet connection complies with these Terms and Conditions.
• All account activity, including bets placed and transactions initiated, is considered authorised by the registered account holder unless a breach is reported to pak33 in a timely manner.

04Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

All financial transactions on pak33 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• JazzCash mobile wallet (instant deposits)
• Easypaisa mobile wallet (instant deposits)
• Bank transfer via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Bank Alfalah
• Visa and Mastercard (subject to availability)
• UnionPay
• USDT TRC20 (credited as PKR equivalent)

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request and may vary by payment method. Deposits are credited to your pak33 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. pak33 does not accept deposits from third-party sources; funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering procedures. Prior to the first withdrawal, users are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. pak33 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of verification checks.

pak33 is not liable for delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or network issues beyond our reasonable control.

05Betting Rules & Sportsbook

All bets placed on the pak33 sportsbook are subject to these Terms and Conditions and to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you understand the applicable rules and accept the odds offered at the time the bet is confirmed.

• Bets are final once confirmed. pak33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where pak33 determines that an error has occurred (including manifest pricing errors).
• pak33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical fault.
• Winnings from sports betting are credited to your pak33 account balance upon settlement of the relevant event.
• In-play betting markets are subject to live odds updates. pak33 accepts no liability for bets placed based on outdated odds displayed due to connectivity issues on the user's device.
• pak33 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any bet or market at its sole discretion.

06Casino Games & RNG Certification

All casino games available on pak33 Casino — including live dealer games, RNG table games, video poker, and slots — are supplied by licensed third-party software providers and are subject to the rules published within each game interface.

RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generator software that has been independently tested by accredited third-party auditors to ensure fair outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel. Past game outcomes have no influence on future results.

Live dealer games are operated by professional croupiers in purpose-built studio environments. Live game outcomes are determined in real time and are final. Technical disconnections during a live game round do not entitle the user to a refund of their wager unless the disconnection is confirmed to have been caused by a fault on pak33's infrastructure.

07Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

pak33 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and other incentives to eligible users from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, time limits, and eligible games or markets.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Only one promotional offer may be active at any one time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• pak33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse.
• Wagering with bonus funds on certain markets or games may be restricted. Specific eligible games and markets are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotional offer — including through coordinated play, arbitrage, or multi-accounting — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak33 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of the pak33 platform by any person under the age of 18.
• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the pak33 platform.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using pak33 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification processes.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate outcomes of casino games or sports markets.
• Accessing pak33 using circumvention tools such as VPNs or proxies to bypass geographic restrictions.

09Responsible Gaming

pak33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides the following tools to all registered users, accessible from the Account Settings section after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a review period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum PKR loss thresholds per session or per period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent exclusion from pak33 at any time. Requests should be directed to pak33 support via Live Chat and take effect promptly.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the pak33 platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, text, data, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of pak33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pak33 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from pak33 without prior written authorisation. The pak33 name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary and may not be used without express written permission.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pak33 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to the pak33 service caused by third-party infrastructure, telecommunications providers, or force majeure events.
• Financial losses incurred through betting or casino play, which are inherent risks of gambling that users voluntarily accept.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.

pak33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pak33 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Amendments & Account Termination

pak33 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material amendments via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of pak33 following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

You may close your pak33 account at any time by contacting pak33 support via Live Chat. Any funds remaining in your account balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. pak33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in cases of breach of these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak33 is registered and licensed to operate. Users accessing pak33 are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with the laws of their country or region of residence.

In the event of a dispute between you and pak33, we encourage you to contact pak33 support in the first instance via Live Chat, which is available 24/7 on the platform. pak33 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Where disputes cannot be resolved through internal support channels, users may pursue remedies available under applicable law.
